Couple more UN pics.....

The detail on this watch is out of this world. I know this is not a dress watch, but compared to the others, it feels like it.

Clasp shot for JJ!!

The back is engraved with all the gold medals UN has won over the years. It also has the ref. # 353-88, depth rating 100 meters and marine chronograph.

One more showing both anchors on the bracelet....

More great pics of a really good looking watch, D. As I said, I really hope this is the third leg of your triple crown.

Yes it is fitted with screws and the links are all solid. It also comes with four full and four half links in the bracelet to ensure perfect fit.

Thank goodness for the ½ links 'cause there's no regular clasp as in the Rolex and Breitling with holes for fine adjustments.

I had a Longines once with a similar double fold-over clasp. Took a bit of getting used to...opening and closing.

Not a dress watch? It has more style than a stylish fox who's just been appointed director of style at the Style Institute! Would look very spiffy with my Aloha shirt, faded jeans and flip-flops. Can I borrow it? Please?

Gettin' a bit stale now, ain't it? Man, oh man, this is one of my fantasies: owning one of those trendy beach bars in Saint Tropez or Marbella and spending the whole day just loitering around. Aloha shirt (1946 rayon Hanelei of course) faded jeans, flip-flops and a blue TT Sub on my tanned wrist. “Who’s that handsome beach bum”, beautiful women whisper. “Oh, he’s the owner”, the other guests answer. And then I light another Cohiba.
