Incoming CK2998 Omega Speedy!

This is my first Omega I really liked this watch when it came out. I looked around and everywhere was sold out!

This weekend I was in Monterrey MX and went to a local mall and there it was in the display case!

Walked in tried it on the cool part is I got for less than list price due to the exchange rate, not bad in books!

Nice watch. Congratulations! By chance, were you in Monterrey attending that insane wedding?

Nice. I have one and it doesn’t get enough wrist time. I might have to wear it tomorrow now !

Yep brand new they are an AD for Omega. At first I almost did not buy it because I thought the band was too thin and I’m not a watch flipper I buy watches to keep. But today is day 2 and it I like more than I expected..

A beauty !! Enjoy !

I just got the same one today. A Bday gift from my wife, brand new from the OB in Madrid. It also came with a 50th anniversary commemorative Space Pen and a little astronaut pin.

Not my first Speedy by the way: it's joining an Apollo XV 35th, an Apollo XI 30th "Hello Houston", and a Skywalker X-33.
