Well If RSC says it’s authentic, who are we to say otherwise

I’m thinking maybe I posted badly taken pictures of the watch.

The angle with these posts seems to be ‘does this fool anyone, most or all’.

As per forum rules, these threads would be best reported and closed at the start rather than helping this ‘industry’.

Just picked up the watch from RSC. They said everything is okay and authentic. The kind lady even joked that I should be able to sleep better now that I’m certain it’s not fake.

I don’t know where there other are coming from. I posted to ask a question because I was concerned about the first watch not turning red, which was exchanged for this one that I brought to RSC. Seems others aren’t too happy that what I have now is not fake according to RSC, which is quite sad.

Anyway, thank you for all the replies. I’m not a good photographer and I use only my iphone when taking pictures, so they might not capture the details of the watch.

They gave you an authentic one because they knew that you ll go to the police if it turns out fake.

Classic scam.

There is no way that a “ereputable grey” would accept a fake pepsi like that, it was obviously not even a good clone.

Are you talking about the first one, second, or both? Be more precise

You buy the story?

That a reputable dealer sold the OP that first watch?

That, when caught out, the dealer said ‘oh, have this one instead’?

That someone spending $20K would be fine with that but just to be on the safe side pop it into RSC?

That RSC would accept a watch purely for the purpose of authentication and give it back saying ‘there, you should be able to sleep better now you’re certain it’s not fake.’?

I agree, after spending $20k and knowing you got a fake the first time, you would think the best thing to do would be to get your money back and buy elsewhere

I wish Rolex would make a GMT that looks like the BLRO under UV, IE all red bezel!

CHERRY COKE?

Are there fakes that would pass the ‘UV TEST’?

Well i think stranger things have happened, the dealer may have been caught out and provided a gen second one , that was really the question i was asking
