I'm losing interest, and probably lost the hall of mirrors plot line. I'll watch a couple of episodes to see if it's interesting.

True Detective did that as well. First season great, next ones not so much.

Saw the Michael Crichton movie years ago, read most of his books.

The series is superficially inspired by Crichton's film, but I like what they did with it. Season 1 was great. I just enjoyed going for the ride.

The entire season 2 was lying dormant on my DVR until this past week, when I binge watched it. Then coincidentally just saw this thread today. Glad there's a season 3.

I agree completely. And don't get me started on movies. I think virtually every movie could be cut by 20 minutes.
