Some of these things run too long. It becomes a cash cow and they ride it to death.
I'm losing interest, and probably lost the hall of mirrors plot line. I'll watch a couple of episodes to see if it's interesting. True Detective did that as well. First season great, next ones not so much. |

Saw the Michael Crichton movie years ago, read most of his books.
The series is superficially inspired by Crichton's film, but I like what they did with it. Season 1 was great. I just enjoyed going for the ride. The entire season 2 was lying dormant on my DVR until this past week, when I binge watched it. Then coincidentally just saw this thread today. Glad there's a season 3. |

I agree completely. And don't get me started on movies. I think virtually every movie could be cut by 20 minutes.
