Started my creed collection..

So been looking at Creed for a bit now and looking at all the had to offer. After seeing how many members also used their brand on here, I decided to give it a try. Rather than blind buy, I ordered some sample packs online and they actually sent me some more free samples upon speaking to them. They have a lot of great fragrances but decided to start with Aventus and Green Irish tweed. Once my wife smelled the samples she really liked Millesime Imperial for herself.

I ended up receiving the Aventus bottle over the holidays as a gift, and also picked up the GIT for myself and Millesime Imperial for my wife.

Wore them to a friend’s wedding last night and they smelled great.

Looks like I’ll probably pick up some more down the road as Royal Oud, silver mountain water and original Santal seemed really good.

I wear only Aventus.

I get compliments literally all the time. Doubt I’ll ever wear anything else ever again.

I received my first bottle of Creed, Aventus, as a Christmas gift this year.
Very nice fragrance and long lasting as well.
I need to train myself to giving a lighter touch to the spray bottle as a little goes a long way.

I used Aventus for a while a few years ago, eventually it became too overpowering for me. The only other Creed I really liked is the Virgin Island Water that has a kind of coconut scent.
I switched a few years ago to Hanae Mori HM which has a vanilla base. Unfortunately I think it’s been discontinued. The nicer department stores have their women’s scents but the only place I’ve still seen the men’s are the discounter sites.

I got the 5-scent Creed sample pack from Nordstrom for Christmas. It has Aventus, GIT, Viking, Silver Mountain Water, and Aventus Cologne

I've had a chance to wear them all now and I really enjoyed the Aventus Cologne the most, then Aventus and Viking, I enjoyed them all but probably GIT the least. I'm really happy to have been able to try them all, I think if I step up and shell out for a bottle the Aventus Cologne (lighter gray bottle versus original Aventus) will be my first choice.

I haven’t had a chance to smell the new one yet but heard good things about it.

Have a look at Floris, they have an amazing selection of fragrances that compliment a collection that includes Creed.

That’s a great start. Bois du Portugal is a classic and recently discontinued.
I’d get my nose on that and see if you like it. Then you can pick up a bottle at MSRP before it’s too late.

Went naked for NYE this year. I forgot!

I also have a fairly extensive collection of Acqua di Parma. My other hobby is old school shaving, and AdP is a well known brand to that community.
