Skx bakelite bazel

Does anyone know where it is possible to buy a bakelite or bakelite like bezel for a Seiko skx013? there's a guy on Instagram who produces and sells them but it' a impossible to contact him...

If he’s on Instagram you should be able to send him a private message - or have you tried & he’s just not replying?

I tried but he's not replying or visualizing even if he posted a few hours ago. I even tried to comment on a post but no replay ( even if he used to answer till 1 month ago) and he has no website or eBay. But a lot of people on Reddit talk well about him and his works look great from the Instagram pics.

The bakelite it pretty fragile. It does not have as much longevity as some of the older ones I have used.

Seiko uses a hardlex bezel, not bakelite. (I believe the bezels that are called bakelite are actually lucite, but that is another story.)

The SNZH57 is an example of a diver with a hardlex bezel.
Hopefully it will be easier to search for what you want if you have the correct keyword.

He is referring to a custom parts builder who makes a bakelite bezel.
