Watch Your Weight

Until recently my watches could be gentle (or not so gentle) reminders that I should hit the salad bar now and again. I'm tempted to use the EasyLinks, but this strategy can only work for so many cheeseburgers, and adding links will likely come with more stents . . . . So salad it's been, and this morning I ordered a spring bar tweezer to make the micro adjustments a bit smaller more easily. I've also wanted to see my DJ and OP on leather straps, which this should help.

No need for a "smart" watch to tell me to move, I've got a Rolex!

Love this.

And agree. I notice my weight based on how my watches fit.

It would be my pleasure, honestly!

I know you have an OP, Bas. FYI, mine is the "early warning indicator" . . . .
