Schmidt 888 Refills

I think I found an ink refill I really like, the Schmidt 888, it’s cheap and to me writes great. I have the fine and broad and I lean to the broad. I know they work in Acme Studios pens, I have one, and they work in the Monteverdi Regatta, what other pens will it work in?

I think the Schmidt 888 is a standard ‘euro profile’ refill, so it will fit most European made roller balls!

I like the Schmidt fine liner refills (6040 I think) and use them in my Visconti Rembrandt!

Many pen manufacturers don’t make their own refills. A lot are rebranded Schmidt or Schneider.
