I've said a few times on here when people are looking at purchasing a questionable watch, PayPal is not a 100% guarantee and shouldn't be treated as such.

I've lost out before with them, thankfully it was only for around £100.

Ok? Did you read the article? He did get his money back, lol.

I agree it’s not 100%, but I’d say it’s probabaly 99% if you’re the buyer. As long as you supply everything they require, I’ve never had an issue. Sure, sometimes I had to wait longer than preferred, but I’ve never had something not decided in my favor.

Paying through PayPal, with a CC so you have a second source of protection, is practically the safest way possible to buy anything online. If you were to get a claim denied by both of them, chances are, you're not telling the truth in the matter to begin with.

Personally I've won won the lottery in Nigeria several times. Which is remarkable considering I've never even bought tickets! All I had to do was to send a $500 fee for the wire transfer. Awaiting my millions anytime soon now!
