Great shot. It's awesome to have someone close, who shares your passion.

Sadly I think my son might be the one to collect my 5131 from Thierry's successor..... lucky kid....sadly mine has to learn about ETA first!!!

Just kidding!! He is actually assembling all the 5522's so my apologies in advance for any QC issues!!

Child labour is great! No way my big fat sausages can handle those tiny parts.

(so says the nut who's had a movement-swap project on the workbench for months now)

Kids kill me!!! When I wear a watch on a strap in the heat, I hang it on a watch stand for a couple of days after to make sure it's completely dry before it goes in the safe. A couple of days ago my 40's something Vulcain Cricket went missing from the stand. My six year old was the culprit, he later retrieved it from his " treasure chest."

Marvelous picture Hamish. You are a lucky man!

That's a good Scottish head of hair he's got!!

On a side note: Yesterday my little boy (turned 2 last week) asked "Daddy, can I look at your watch" whilst sat in his high chair in the kitchen. I handed it to him and the inevitable happened... It slipped out of his hands and crashed on to the tiled kitchen floor. Miraculously, it appears to have survived! Maybe I should take a leaf out of your book Hamish and wait for him to be 6
