Am I stup** for doing that??

Folks,
I am about to trade my Tudor Pelagos blue for an IWC le petit prince blue and 800 cash from my side. Would you do it? Or am I going to regret it? Thanks!

If that’s what you want it can’t be stupid. They’re both nice watches!

For how long have you had it? I am going to get it pretty much new from the end of 2018 for 4100$... Is that a decent price for it? Thanks!

I would do that trade. Much prefer the look of the IWC. I have a soft spot for aviation/pilot watches though.

I don't own either but have tried both on. If I had a choice, I would go with IWC le petit prince blue. Really great piece.

I've met Mr. Klaus during a small private event many years ago. Great guy, wonderful company. Ya know, I'd do that trade.

This is one of the forerunners from IWC (3777-06) there are multiple LPP formats from IWC hence the confusion which one you meant OP.

Personally I would go with the IWC. Since I gave this to my brother he has enjoyed wearing it very much and that blue dial is marvellous.

preference wise I would go with the IWC. I think it's a lovely watch, however when discussing the deal itself I could not tell you if it was good financially or not.

I have it, bought it at 4,250 new. Bought also the IWC OEM NATO Fabric straps and some Dassari Pilot strap to change things up. I would buy new at this price range.

Edit: I have to add that mine is on strap, on bracelet is more expensive.

It is on a strap, so the price is valid. I will, however, add that I am located in Europe and the prices are a bit different. The prices in North America for watches is incredible. No chance to get these kind of deals in here. Still, I will try to get a little bit of a better price on it... Thank you!
