T series 16710, with swiss made dial?
Hello!
I just wanted to confirm that a T series 16710 can in fact be correct for a Swiss made dial? A quick search shows me T series with both trit, and some(fewer) with swiss made dials. The watch is from an original owner, he says it was never serviced, and it does appear to be in pretty decent shape. Just wanted to make sure that a T series with a Swiss made dial does not necessarily mean it would be a replacement dial. Thanks! |

Hello, as always pictures help a lot with any analysis. Generally the T series should have tritium dials but I suppose anything is possible with the timing of the switch from tritium to luminova to super luminova.

I agree with timetogo. 1996 should have a tritium dial.
The progression of dial lume markings goes basically like this: SWISS T< (pre 1998) Tritium SWISS (circa 1998 with A serial numbers) Luminova SWISS MADE (after 1998/99) Super Luminova
