Exhibition only watches
A while ago, I read from this forum that all exhibition watches are the ones without any movement. However, I tried a couple of watches recently and noticed that some of the watches felt just as heavy as the real ones and those watches were actually working!
Do ADs now have some "real ones" on display as well? I am just curious |

The exhibition watches I’ve tried on have a movement inside but won’t take a wind. SA let me play with one… the Hrs and Mins hands can be set though

It’s my understanding they have movements but a piece of the movement or something was taken out to prevent them from working properly and telling time.
