Jubilee bracelet - thoughts?
Hi all,
I recently received a lovely 1603 that came on D link jubilee bracelet which looked a bit odd. Based on some reading, here are some of the things that do not add up: - Clasp serial is from a two-tone jubilee - Clasp has a mini coronet on the right hand side. It was determined some years ago that not all clasps with this attribute are fake, but the location of the mini coronet on this example isn't like what I have seen before. - End links are either not numbered or have a number I haven't seen before - 045 I've taken a few close up pics so that it might be easier to assess it's authenticity. Thanks in advance for your help. |

Completely fake bracelet - from the end links to the clasp.

That isnt even a good fake. Hopefully the seller credits you for this bracelet or takes the watch back for a refund.

Thanks all for your input. I've reached out to the seller to seek a refund for the bracelet as I'd like to keep the watch, will post once that becomes clearer.

Marked as having 18K (by code in the number string) but it does not have gold.

End links are definitely not original. Rolex bands were cheaply made, sometimes fakes were even of better quality. They have fixed that now, the news gen. of bracelets are top notch.
