Reducing collection - which one?

I like to have a bit of variety in my collection - brand, complication, face colour, metal etc. Im very happy with the pieces I’ve got (no changes for 18 months) but I’m thinking of reducing the collection by 1.
I’d be interested in views on which one and why? (Apologies for the poor phone photo)

Perhaps the aquanaut for something haute horological since you have the nautilus already? And if the complication is appropriate minimise one of the APs? That said I would struggle if it was my collection though. Nice set there

Not all that fussed on that ROC, but on a tangent to Starwalker’s view, and as I’ve felt that AP and VC have never made that JLC movement look right, then I’d be swapping the AP and the 5167 for a 5164 in either metal.
Alternatively, if putting some money back in your pocket isn’t the motivation behind the reduction, you could exchange the AP for a 5524, to give you something a fair bit different to the rest.

You will regret flipping watches......at least I think I would.

Especially any of those puppies.

Tough one, but if I had to lose one of them, I would lose one of the AP's.

Wonderful collection.

Since variety is what you’re after I’d move one of the Pateks or AP’s.

If you are cashing out of one watch that is fine but if you are looking to flip for something else then that changes the answer. Cash out of on of the AP's if a flip then decide what you want and then try to lineup the cash from a sale or flip. I would not trade/sell a Rolex or PP.

You need a larger box. Problem solved!

Frankly I am not sure, I am surprised nobody said 5711! Ahaha

I am not too fond of the ROC, so perhaps I would let go the chrono. Ultimately the 5711 and the D500 are difficult to let go. The ROC in rose gold and the Aquanaut are a bit unique in there (for different reasons). So the choice seems limited. Unless you are willing to do some rebalancing.

Thanks everyone for the interesting responses. Certainly it has given me food for thought. I was expecting some suggestions for the Vacheron as it’s not a particularly popular watch, but it’s the watch I’ve had the longest (since 2011) and one of my favourites.

Tough call. Your collection is quite well balanced. Is there any particular reason you want to reduce by one? As an earlier poster said, the one to get rid is the one you wear the least and/or the one that doesn't and/or no longer make you as happy when you put it on.

i tend to agree...the pieces are fairly apart from each other that IMO they exist quite harmoniously together. if push came to shove, i'd argue that the daytona and the ROC are the closest. however, a ceramic daytona and a 39mm ROC...these are keepers in my book!

Yeah I think you let the ROC go...different styles but the Daytona I think fills that spot for a SS chrono. In a white dial too.

The ROC would be the one I'd let go.

That one and the Daytona are the most similar (you said you want variety), I'd usually pick a ROC over a Daytona but you have another Royal Oak so...

The Traditionnelle and the Daytona would be the only two that I would personally want in my collection but everyone has different personal tastes. From an objective point of view, if you really want to let one go, I would suggest letting go of either the Aquanaut or one of the Royal Oaks, probably the stainless one. What about just buying a new watch box that holds six?

I like 3 a lot. The Vacheron. The AP Dual Time. And the Daytona.

Those 3 would make an awesome and diverse collection.

Thank you everyone for the very helpful comments. There does seem to be a consensus shown which I think I agree with.
I am tempted to move the ROC and Aqua on and maybe use the proceeds to get an alternative brand or a Patek complication.
