Icon20 Incoming - IWC Spitfire Chrono Bronze

My dealer treats me well. Ever since I sold my big pilot to Jay here on TRF, I’ve been itching for another pilot watch, without the heft of the BP. In vegas, I came across the new IWC line with their in house movement. Contacted my AD and a few weeks later she was delivered to my office. At this price point, a manufacture calibre, bronze case, day date, and chrono simply cannot be beat. Have a green canvas strap coming as well. I’m thrilled.

Congrats! Green certainly looks to be the popular dial color for watch manufacturers at the moment.

Congrats, love the bronze/green combo. Have been thinking about the bronze spitfire (non-chrono) but have yet to see it in person. Enjoy !

Just tried this on last weekend and looks amazing in the metal. Pictures really don't do this one justice.

Congrats!

Ps. Be sure to post it in our pilot watch thread!

Thanks guys. It’s already starting to turn color. Really exciting to see a different shade/patina of bronze every day on your wrist. Can’t wait to see it turn colors.

Just tried on the steel version with the green strap over the weekend. It was such a nice watch and I honestly didn’t count on how much I would still be thinking about it even days after I’ve left the AD.

Thanks for posting and enjoy!
