Narrowed down to two Reversos

Which one should I buy between Reverso Tribute Duo (Q3908420) and Reverso Classic Medium Duo (Q2458422)?

I like reversos but I am not overly educated on them.
Just based on look, I like both of these a lot. Being that I wear a lot of blue, I voted for the tribute duo.

I have got the large duo (today!), the second one. Both are nice, I would definitely try them on. I like blue dial watches, but the black and white seems to provide more contrast. Try them on, check the movements.

You won't go wrong with either but I voted with my wallet and chose the Classic Medium Duo. If I were wanting the Tribute, I'd probably go for the Tribute Moon instead, although it wears a bit large on my 6.7" wrist.

I have the large duo. With a 6.5 inch wrist that is not large, it fits well. I prefer the Duo.

Do make sure you try on these Reversos before you buy one. The different models sit differently on your wrist. Hope you get one.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I pulled the trigger on the Tribute Duo. Ultimately, I need a dress watch and it is a bit dressier than the Classic Medium. Also, I love that this version (unlike the new version) is smaller and the same size as the Classic at 42.8x25.5mm.

I do, however, love the look of the classic on the Casa Fagliano straps. For this reason, I will order the Casa straps separately from JLC.

Congratulations! I am not sure if the Tribute existed when I bought my Duo, so it was not on my radar at the time. Hope you enjoy yours. Please post wrist pictures if you can.

I have only heard great things about the Casa Fagliano straps.

As a Reverso owner, IMO :

The Reverso wears quite small, (you didn’t state wrist size), aim towards the larger sizes unless wrist is under 6.25”.

Touch choice, I voted for the classic Duo, but I like even better the regular classic because the case is even thinner.

I reiterate: try on a Reverso model before you buy one. They sit differently on the wrist from model to model.

+1. I went tried on every size until I found the right one for me. Amazing how different they all wear from the Classique, Grand Taille, Ultra Thin and Calendar.

Go for the one that fits your wrist the best. Luckily for me it ended up being a TT1931 :))

Congratulations. It's nice that the Tribute is in the Grand Taille case size, which, in my opinion, is the perfect size for a smaller wrist. With the blued applied markers, it is a bit more special than the standard duo. I think it would look great on a tan alligator or ostrich strap.

The Reverso Tribute Duo is absolutely fantastic in person. The guilloche dial is incredible and I love the blue. It has my vote!

Love both choices sir. The style doesn't suit my wrist though. The dial on the red & blue small seconds totally blew me away as much as I love guilloche. 100% agree with mahlia0121 too.

I am struggling with this exact decision. Worried the tribute might be too dressy for my lifestyle.

I ended up choosing the Tribute because I wanted a dressier watch. Will post some pics this weekend.

I like the blue but voted for the standard. Buy a blue strap and you are almost there.

I recently found out about this watch and have to say I'm completely smitten with it. This is the most chic piece I've seen in a long, long time.

Wow, both are beautiful but I think they should be with the blue dial is my preference.

This and the 1931 London edition, with the green lacquer dial, are my favorite reversos.

Update with Pics

Here are two pictures. The first picture is of the watch on the blue croc that it came on and the second, thanks to Stateman who hooked me up, is of the watch on the Tan Casa Fagliano straps!

I’ll probably use the blue croc when I wear a suit and the casa for more everyday wear.

That's the one I meant. Blue is amazing too. They offered me a glass of red wine while I admired the piece but don't drink :p Would buy in a heartbeat but doesn't fit wrist well on me.
