Advise request on a 1967 Cellini

Hello,

I can buy this Rolex Cellini from 1967. Model 3605, caliber 1600.
For me everything seems ok but i have more practice with Omega watched

Can you tell me if yours experienced eyes see something wrong ?

It looks ok to me but its a small watch at only 31mm x 29mm. Hopefully you are aware just how small it is.
