I still don't get the vintage patina look they went for. It'd have been nice to see a black bezel with a snowflake hands/dial. No rose gold plating. If they want the gilt dial look do it how they did it in the 50s and 60s. The chrono and advisor were done well but this watch I just can't love. I've tried though!

I think this is one of the best looking watches I have ever seen bar none. I do think it would look better if the indices were square instead of round (like they did in the Pelagos). Watches can do with a bit of colour. I am tired of the 'any colour as long as it is black' mantra.

I've warmed up to it, but the colored crown stem is an odd design element.

id prefer it with a black dial. i wouldnt be surprised if they offered it with a different colored dial when the sales start dying down.
