My second vintage rolex

I got a matte 5513 a few years ago and that was awesome. At that point I felt I was good enough for the iconic submariner.

Times pass and I started to find another one, thought of sub date, sea dweller and gmt. At the end I land with the gmt master 16750 which made a great vintage pair with my 5513. I am contented, at least at this moment.

This pair of watches gave a totally different feel but yet both are the iconic in the history. I wanna get a 6263 as well but that's way over my budget. Hopefully I could get one to complete the vintage set!

Thanks for the looking.

Congratulations.

My first vintage purchase was also a 5513 (1970) and followed by 16750 (1982) just like you.

Then I got myself a Tudor 94110. Now looking at Datejust 1601.

Great looking pair of watches, both are really nice examples. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little envious of your 16750, the patina on yours is really really nice.

You've got yourself two fantastic examples of the 5513 and 16750. The patina on both are perfect and the cases are thick and in pretty good condition too! Congrats!
