Help needed to identify this vintage Oyster
Dear All,
I have come across an offer for this vintage Oyster. The only information the owner provided is the watch was serviced about seven to eight years ago and the hands were all replaced at that time. As I am not very familiar with Rolex and especially vintage pieces, I am seeking for help here for more information about this watch (eg. model, type, year of manufacture, genuine or not etc...). Thank you in advance for your kind and valuable advice. |

it's a 1571 oyster from the mid 30's. first one I've ever seen. you don't see too many early oyster cases around, especially ones cast in silver. I'm not sure if the dial is original or not. original hands shouldn't be too hard to source.
