Don’t worry too much and enjoy your watch . The Bezel is interchangeable.

The papers should tell you. The letters that trail the model number will indicate which bezel insert was originally on the watch. Someone will have to chime in though, I don’t remember which letters mean what.

My understanding is the letter indicating the bezel insert color was only inNorth American or the US. Europe and other areas just list 16710.

This, of course will be of no use whatsoever to the OP who is from Spain (Spain - a medium sized country in Europe (that big land mass across the Atlantic from you))

The inserts are completely interchangeable and there is no difference between the watch in any way. Not sure why the USA market seems to want to catalog every day of their watch existence, but the build-code on the papers are uniquely Rolex-USA.
Keep in mind that the GMT II was "born" with a red/black insert and the original GMT Master was born with the red/blue insert and never came with red/black. Now days, of course, you can enjoy any insert of your choice.

My D serial was originally sold in Portugal, and was clearly marked as a Pepsi. This is the white sleeve that the outer Rolex box slides into. No marking on the warranty paper, though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is my understanding too. My 16710 does indicate it originally came as a Pepsi.

Since the RSC is in the business of restoring a watch to it's original condition, If your watch has an insert that isn't the original color(s), they will want to install one that is. |

Regards RSC being able to tell how it left the factory, I’ve put two 16710’s through Rolex service here in London, neither of which came with papers, and in both cases, RSC was unable to tell me which bezel insert had been fitted in the first place. Whether that was to do with the year of manufacture where they didn’t keep records, or because they were supplied to the European market, I couldn’t tell you. |

I just learned something new on the 16710 after reading this, I have a 2003K Pepsi in bound which was originally purchased from a Taiwan AD (complete box papers) & I was wondering the same thing, the 16710 I had just purchased does not have a letter designated next to the Ref# listed on the paperwork & was curious as to why but now I know.

I have owned many 16710's over the years. I have found that the ones with US papers usually indicate A, B, or N after the reference number but the ones from other parts of the World usually do not. I'm sure there are exceptions, but usually the ones that do not have the A, B, or N after the reference on the papers WILL have some indication on the green hang tag. I have seen A, B, or N and also BLRO on Pepsi tags without reference to the bezel color on the papers.
On a side note, I sent a 16710A through a local AD to RSC in Lititz, PA and requested full service and a bezel change to Pepsi. They did the full service but refused to change the bezel from Coke to Pepsi. |

the green tag should show you BLRO if you do have a original Pepsi
BLRO - bleu rouge like Pepsi LN - Lunette Noir - which is black bezel Any other are then Coke bezel |
