For Rootbeer, I prefer the YG.

"1984 GMT 2 RootBeer 18K 16758 Never Polished"
Not that I care much about vintage watches having been polished (most have), but I'm a little dubious of that claim here. |

Hate to say it.... but I'm so sad the new ones look the way they do. However it does make my 1975 1675/3 and 1979 16753 that much more valuable and vintage.
No nipples? No jubilee band? Definitely the wrong color bezel combo and a generic sub looking dial? Sad...... Really had high hopes Rolex was gonna dig back into their records and create the same watch for the same reasons. And who the hell drinks "rose" colored rootbeer? To each their own, but it looks like a "flat - fizzed out New Coke" GMT. |

From what I see it’s a hotch potch of parts made to look like a two tone root beer gmt. I’m pretty certain the two tone wasn’t available in 68 and certainly not with that dial. Franken at best. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
