I can see that. They're an appealing design that one doesn't have to be a Breitling fan to appreciate.

Ironically, I've never found the Navitimer so appealing.

How does that distinguish the Navitimer as "hot," relative to the other Breitling models?

If you had to rank the top 5 Breitlings, how would you guys do it?
Last time they had a "hot"model was early 90's......
Chronomat.........everybody was wearing them!!!!

I second that - except I love my BEB dial Chronomat 41. 40-41 mm chronographs are missed from the new sortiment by many.

Don't know if it is "hot" but the new Chronomats look super nice to me, as do the Avenger.

For me, breitling is always a navitimer....specifically the Cosmonaute as I have always had one in my watchbox for the last 25 years.
I have owned a few navitimers... and sold a few, but always keep coming back to the Cosmonaute. It is difficult to measure the navitimer against other brands offerings as the navitimer is a bit of a unique bird.

Also like their chronomat line.

The aerospace/chronospace line up as functional tool watches are very nice, but they leave a bit to be desired...especially the fact that the alarms are not as loud as other brands. If the chronospace alarms were as loud as the omega multifunction watches, I would have the chronospace on my wrist instead of a z-33.

The new emergency is a whole lot different from what it used to be....monstrous size...and a not so attractive price tag - $18k...?
