Had my 26020 serviced by Classic Watch Repair in HK in June 2016 and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. Took it back there and they told me it needed another service. BTW I've only wore it twice in the past 2 years.

Is it reasonable their service only last 2 years?

Depends on what they did as part of the service, at the time, and assessment of parts for continued usage rather than replace.
Presumably they only offered a 1 year warranty on their work?
Presumably you paid a fair bit less than APSC would’ve charged?
