Any updates on U.S. BLRO?
Losing my mind here! Talked to my AD this week and they were cryptic as always. "Yes, you are on the list. No, can't tell you where. No, don't know when we'll get them" Just seeing if anyone in the US has gotten any news from their AD on when the s.s. BLRO will show. Thanks!

I went in and put myself on the list for the BLNR. They told me I was 3rd in line. As they were going through their book, I saw at least ten people in line for the BLRO. This AD requires non-refundable deposit to be added to a wait list. I don't know if that is any help.

Mine claims he doesn’t know how many he’ll get this year. Says I’ll get one towsrds the end/beginning of the year. Great daily piece at retail, but would not pay a dime over retail.

My dealer delivered their first a couple of weeks ago, my salesman sent me a pic. Haven’t asked if they’ve gotten anymore yet. I think it’s way too early to predict how soon and how many will be flowing. Based on past Basel releases (back in the good old days) I might have one in a few months. If the spigot is still clogged, probably early next year.
(PS, I am not a VIP but I have been allocated one) |

Just to bring some meaning to this thread. For sake of info you have to be aware that each AD has an allocation programme at beginning of calendar year. New products are getting an allocation within a month after Basel. More or less it works like that. So each AD should be able to know what he will get on a monthly basis. Sometimes allocation might get increased but almost never decreased. If any AD tells you he might not let you know when you will get your piece, that is pure speculation. Reason is first to make you willing spend more so that you keep on hoping to move further to front of list. And second if a VIP comes in meantime then those on the list with lesser amount spent go further down. At least that is how it works in Europe. Hope it is clear now.

I am number one with one of the European Swiss Bucherer stores. They claim they have not received one yet, they believe i should have it by end of July.

Well IMHO just cannot see why there is a delay its a GMT with a different colour insert made in there hundreds at a time.A jubilee bracelet again made in the thousands and the 32 movement which is exactly the same size as the 31 movement again made in the hundreds or thousands.

The very standard answer ! All ADs should record this and play it when we ask. The ADs down here are answering EXACTLY the same Only the Rolex boutiques have a more concrete answer, however, according to the main Boutique here, getting on their list should take 16 to 18 months from now...

One of my ADs received one couple weeks ago. They have a waiting list, however want a $5k deposit to be placed on it. I asked where would I be if I chose to do that, mentioned I'd be 6 or 7th in line (possibly more now) which equated to sometime next year. I'm still thinking about it but I did place a $1k deposit (refundable) on the TT CHNR. =)

I went to a Rolex event at a large AD in Maryland last night where they showed the display models. I got to try on the new Pepsi and was amazed at how comfortable it felt with the Jubilee Bracelet. There were at least 100 people there. I know the manager well and was told I was on the list and should be able to get one by 2037. Ha ha!! I guess I should include my position in line in my will. The Rolex Rep was also there. Very tight lipped about when and how many would be coming. Nice event with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and a nice Rolex swag bag of goodies.

I’m in Toronto and got to try one on yesterday. The AD said this is the 2nd he received in 2 weeks. He said he expects that supply will pick up in the coming months.

Ask them how purchasing a PM piece could impact your place on the list. If they tell you it will then you know, your current spot on the list is probably fictional.

Not worried about being on the list. They got me my daytona, I'm solid with them, just more curious about arrival times. I expect I'll get one this year as I texted my sales person at 9 a.m. the morning it was announced.

If you got a Daytona, you're probably set then. Strange, they wouldn't give you any indication where you are on the list though. Good luck
