LV can be a great everyday no worries.

Think it's great one and standout.

The Hulk Sub is a great looking watch but to me the blue or black Subs are more versatile (go with more clothing) if you will have only one watch.

No. I bought one and sold it because of lack of versatility. Dont flame me, just my opinion ;)
Nice green but I got over it really quick

Buy it if you love it. After a while you will get a desire to buy another one that will go with more formal clothing. It's just the way it is. That's why they call them "collections"

In my opinion the hulks the most versatile of all! Can go swimming diving wear with tank top polo or dress shirts. Pink blue green anything.

I actually think the black dial Milgauss (non-GV) would be the best all-rounder out of those you mention. As long as you are OK with not having the date

I think it's versatile enough.

I'm also the sort that doesn't mind wearing a dive watch with a suit though.

I really like the Sub LV-C but I feel it might be a bit too green for me.

its down to what you do with your watch.... if you travel and need 2 time zones, then no a SubC can't be.... but given you got a DJ and the 2nd choice is a Milgauss I doubt two zones is an important decision for you.

However, if you want something that can dress up and down then yeap I guess it does the job. Honestly though if you want a SubC then don't buy the MG just because its 'cheaper' as in the long run you'll just yearn for the Sub and end up flipping again.

For me the sub lv is not versatile watch.yes it is nice but more of a novelty.the subc black is more versatile can go well with any get up.well for me the milgauss gv is more versatile than the lv and you still have a unique cool watch with gv.that is if you like some touch of green, the gv has the cool green glass.

If you're not one to fret about wearing shoes that match your pants that match your shirt that match your tie etc etc, then yes, the Hulk can be worn anywhere. If however, you are very much a fashionista, then no, it's probably not versatile enough for you.

To put it in perspective, 99.999% of the population own and wear only one watch. Most likely to be a quartz watch costing less than $500. These people are quite happy to wear whatever watch they have for every situation, and without giving a thought about whether the watch matches what they wear ...

For me it's versatile with anything

Has anyone here ever received or heard of someone receiving unflattering comments that their hulk or any Rolex didn't match or go well with the rest of the outfit?

Please do share the experience.
