116610LV Hulk Availability - Is it Getting Better?

Has anyone noticed if the 116610LV is arriving at their AD's more frequently? I recently was able to be placed on a list for the 116610LV and I was told that it might be less of a wait than originally anticipated.

I haven’t seen any the last few times I’ve stopped at my AD over the last two weeks. They were dry as ever and not too optimistic either.

Less than a month ago I put my name on the waiting lists of four or five AD's in my area. In just three days I got the call.

Seems that some are getting them pretty easily... meanwhile greys are still asking $2k over MSRP so they must still be pretty hard to come by for most.

Well the flippers that have new ones for sale in the classifieds here for 11,500 are hoping they are still not available in AD's. Looks like many of these Hulks are not selling as a 2500 markup on a current production watch is a bit crazy.

Thanks to everyone for their responses and congratulations to everyone who has received one! I will wait to see, it sounds like it may still be a long wait. :)

Try to get a Skydweller for less. Or even the over hyped Daytona. Hulks a bargain at 11.5k in this market.

I don’t know if I’d go so far as to say it’s a bargain at $2k+ over MSRP.

Agree, none of those are selling, and I'm glad they're not.

I’m pretty happy about this. Used prices are coming down as well. We will see how they hold up in the summer and if rolex will bottle another holiday season.

I called around put name on list in one AD about 3 months ago. Put name on two other lists 1 month ago. Finally couldn't take it and bought a used older one local from a jeweler. Paid a small premium over MSRP, but got it finally. The watch keeps amazing time. Over a week it gained like 3 seconds. Better than my 4 month old BLNR.

I’m hoping to get mine next month. But yes it seems the sports Rolex watch availability is becoming better after Baselworld 2018.

I'm hoping it will get better too. Just curious though, why is the price of BLNR slightly lower than the hulk at the moment. Is it easier to get than the hulk? I think a year ago the price of BLNR is slightly higher than hulk. What gives?

I think it depends on where are you and what kind of relationship you have with that AD

I'm seeing more BNIB popping up for sale in the US, which means AD's are getting stock. People are snatching them up and trying to sell at premiums because it's still a hot watch.

if Rolex wants to punish the grey market and resellers they should be flooding the market with them.
