? about rolex complete overhaul service

I'm new to Rolex and still somewhat new to watches in general.
I have yet to findd the "one" for me.

I have a couple questions about the Rolex "overhaul" service.

**If I send my Rolex in for a complete overhaul.
1. If I choose to have the entire watch polished.
1a) Can I ask them not to polish in between the lugs where the model and serial number is?
1b) Can I ask them to polish the barclet and clasp but not polish the raised logo symbol?
1c) Can you request not to have the caseback polished so as to not remove the sticker if still on ther?

2. Can I ask them to replace an acrylic crystal with a saphire? Will they do this for oler model that did not come with saphire crystals?

3. Can they tighten tighten the bracelet back to original and remove and stratch?

4. Can the polish the original watch hands?

Call RSC and tell them what you're looking for. Or go to an independent.

Some of the things and mods you're requesting are not the norm for RSC and some parts may need to be saved, scrapped or surrendered.

Like others have said, you can ask. Though I can give you my experience on 2-4.
2. No, not from Rolex.
3. No, but they will happily sell you a new one.
4. Same as above.
