I love the look of that too. I will start investigating soon and keep an eye out in the pre owned market.

Has Breguet lost its mojo ?

I love mine. I don't wear it that much because I want to keep it pristine, but in my eyes its much more dramatic than an all brushed steel piece. Have you picked yours up yet?

I did state it was a slow mover as it’s been released now since Jan 17 and have seen a few decide this year they wanted one and getting one so it has been a slow mover but an amazing piece none the less and if it wasn’t for me picking up the 15407st I’d of been all over one
The 15407st does look amazing without a doubt. How did you manage to get hold of one of those rare beauties!?

Yes agree. It will arrive in a few days. Look forward to wearing it! I too will probably wear it occasionally. I have my Rolex’s and other watches for daily use

I think it has a little as it's a bit old fashioned now altho still has classic elements I like, but the Marine line is trying to inject some modern sportiness into the brand.

yeah, i would be just as concerned if it was SS, WG, or Pt it doesnt matter. Mirror polished surfaces pick up scratches, period. Thats the main thing here, not that its Pt. Any one of my SS watches, the mirror polished portions pick up far more scratches than the brushed parts. Because its shiny they are not as noticeable as the brushed surface though

To update this thread, I decided not to go for it in the end.

I am going to wait for a skeleton RO either in gold or steel. The more I look at it the more I think that is the one. Given the lack of supply of these watches I am going to have to wait unless I get really lucky or find a decent grey deal.

Sorry guys, I didn’t mean to waste your time, but I decided that I will always hanker after the openworks.

The openworks is a stunning watch. Great choice as well.
