How often do you reset the seconds on your watch?

I only reset when they stop, but I always set to the second. And I check the accuracy maybe once a year to see how they're running.

Only when it stops running or I have to change the date wheel. I do check the accuracy nearly every day though. At least during the week when I sit at a computer all day.

Every once in a while if it’s stopped and need to wind it. 99% I will just look at a clock for the time wind it fully and set time close enough.

I'm pretty OCD about having the EXACT correct time, so I'll check mine quite often, maybe every couple of days. If I pull a watch from the safe, it gets wound and set to the exact time too.

I don't reset frequently, but I do check accuracy frequently. My explorer runs faster when worn and slower when stored with the crown up, so whenever I am not wearing it I leave it crown up. Doing that I get an accuracy of less than one second fast per day. Maybe when it's one minute off I will adjust it back.

I wouldn't adjust it daily. I think it's unnecessary wear to the crown and stem.

95% of the time, I set my watches to the nearest minute, and don't think about it
5% of the time, I set my watches to the exact second

In the very rare cases I wear the same watch for like more than a week or two where I actually notice it might be more than a minute off, I might resent the seconds hand. This might happen like twice a year.

Both mine run a little slow and I'm certain one is within it's original COSC spec.
The later one is outside of the new Rolex spec but within the COSC spec.

I'm not bothered either way as long as nothing changes with either of them.
They both exhibit exemplary precision.

The way I manage it is to set them ahead of time(up to 5 minutes but no more) and exactly to the second when the occasion presents itself.
I then jot it down noting the time and date it's set at, in the top corner of my white board and check every few weeks or so over the months as it goes along.
Unless the watch needs a service, everything is consistently within tolerance.

I learnt many years ago that even a high quality digital watch is not absolutely perfect.
So I don't worry anymore

My Wife's DJ runs a little quick and outside of the relevant Rolex spec but within COSC.
So when required I set it to the correct time or a little later(up to a minute or so).
She never notices and it catches up to be approximately right.
Actually I'm not all that entirely certain she looks at it to tell the time all that much, but more to marvel at it's natural beauty in different light despite the dings and scratches.

This is more of where I'm coming from. It's funny, my daily wearer for the last 10 years was a Tag Link and I never bothered checking it's accuracy (which turned out to be +0.0 when I finally did test it yesterday). Rolex hangs it hat on the 'superlative chronometer' designation, so, I've been putting it to the test to see what that's like. I'm sure it's also the honey moon phase with my first Rolex. If it isn't, maybe someone has the name of a good therapist...? :)

Last time I adjusted my second hand to atomic time on my 116610LN was daylights savings time 105 days ago and I’m still a grand total of only +1.9 seconds ahead. Thank you Rolex!

I have two Rolexes, a T/T Sub 116613LB which I purchased in 2016 which has always gained two or three seconds a day, which I reset every three or four days it has always gained time since I bought it but this does not bother me since everyone on TRF will state that these Watches usually run fast or slow over time. I also purchased a T/T Daytona 116503 earlier this month which only gains about two or three seconds over five or six days. So I usually reset the Daytona maybe every week. I do like the Watches to be accurate but I am not obsessed with their timekeeping
