Hello everyone, I am trying to get my LLC for my online watch company I am selling Pre-Owned Rolex Watches. I was wondering how do I not pay taxes on the watches that I buy? Would this be the license that I need to obtain in order to not pay taxes on the watches that I buy from stores?

I wouldn't take tax advice from strangers on a forum, least of all when the forum is about watches not tax.

In CA we call that a "sellers permit" not sure what it is called in other states. You will only need it for the state(s) that you are physically located in. It may change, but I can buy at wholesale w/o sales tax with this permit anywhere in the country.

You need a reseller certificate.

It varies from state to state.

Get in touch with the local chamber of commerce. They'll link you up with a group of people who can assist you.

CPA or the like.
