Help me find out if my Rolex is real

Luke - welcome to TRF. As a new member you won’t be able to post pictures without prior approval by a moderator.

So my first bit of advice is to look around the Vintage Forum if it is an older watch. Make a few meaningful posts to build up your post count. Then you’ll be able to post pictures unfettered by approvals.

In the meantime, take some sharp, close-up pictures of the watch - front, rear, each side, etc. Also pics of the bracelet, the clasp open and closed.

There are many people here willing to help a genuine request.

Most experts will not disclose all the issues (if any arise) but you can also Google “spotting a fake Rolex” to gain some insight.

Is there a reason you can't go to a local jeweler and ask?

99% of the family hand-over watch resulted being fake.

One thing I've learned on these forums is that every single grandfather out there owned a fake Rolex.
