Which of these straps will go best with my 114060?

Howdy!

I am looking to order an Erika’s strap for my submariner 114060 and can’t decide on which color?
I am thinking either original green with white strip, black with white stripe, or the vintage olive with red stripe.

What do yah think?

Sorry-none IMO. Even a NATO looks out of place on any ceramic model. Maybe its the wider lugs or the shiny ceramic bezel or both. just not a tool watch any more. Tudor has taken over that niche with their Black Bays for a fraction of the cost. I'd keep it on the SS bracelet.

Any of them... order a black/grey color that you know will look good. Then get something a bit more interesting to wear occasionally. Love the green with yellow stripe.

Same thinking re. strap - for variety I'd go for a black Everest Curved End Rubber strap (which I think can integrate with the glidelock). Those ones in the pic are just too thin / flimsy for my taste; the black rubber's got better form...

Me personally, I don't like those straps at all.
But if you must, go black with white stripe. Matches the watch

Too wide lugs for other than the original SS bracelet. Save your money.

Those wide lugs are best for the original bracelet

I'm afraid I've tried everything on ceramic subs.... they last a day max, and then back on the bracelet. The lugs are just too wide. The contrast in colour between the stainless steel & whatever strap, be it NATO, leather or canvas just highlights the thickness of the lugs.

Some of my attempts in pics ...

Probably the Bond NATO is best, so if you must then go dark.

Another personal choice question. With the black dial I'd think any stripe color would work with the black strap. I kind of like the white or grey stripe but as others have said, I always go back to the bracelets on all of mine including my 114060

The 114060 is not a strap queen, imho.

The one that best matches your outfit. So it could be all of them, technically.

I’m afraid of Erica’s clasp, it looks easy to come undone and loose the watch. Otherwise they look great.

While I am a lover of Erika’s straps, (I have six), none look proportional on the ceramic sub due to the case/lug design .............. just my opinion.

None! If you plan on removing the bracelet you should replace it with a rubber strap.
Personally I would not take it off the oyster.

I think a Sub looks best on its Oyster bracelet, and I can't recall seeing many straps that worked with it, in my opinion. I must be the only person on Earth who can't understand the NATO strap craze.
