As far as black tea, it is high in oxalate, a stone promoter. Incidentally, cashews and almonds are high in oxalate, so if you are drinking this kind of milk to stay away from calcium and kidney stones, you are probably actually doing more harm! |

Yea I do. I prefer whole milk. Wife prefers 1%. We compromise with 2% and I get my whole milk at the hotel stays.
Wife buys 2% lactose free milk also. Have a kid that doesn’t tolerate lactose too well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

If I’m destroying a whole box of Count Chocula or Lucky Charms, I’ll have 1L or whatever it takes.
If there’s no cereal, I can go a year without it, and I never drink it straight. |

Only with Müsli and then sparingly. Prefer joghurt type things like quark to milk.

I don't eat cereal and my water has to go trough either a cow or a brewery before I even think about consuming it

Normally just with cereal, or the occasional cookie or brownie.
Needs to be whole milk, none of that 1% or 2% stuff. |

No I don't drink it. If I do, it's usually with chocolate syrup. I use Skim in my cereal and coffee. That's about it.
Syrup, Fox's U-bet. It's a NY thing.

I drink 2 litres of %2 per week. Normally just in my coffee but I do have cereal sometimes.
After eating something sweet like a piece of pie, I always crave a glass of milk afterward. |

I will eat or drink anything if given to me as a meal when I am a guest, but I don’t care for milk on my own.

Is it safe to wear you Rolex and drink a BIG glass of Milk. Because if it’s not I just did. Oops, guess I should have asked first.
