Bezel issue or is this normal?

Hey All -
So i just received my first Panerai. After a lot of back and forth decision making, I decided to go with the PAM 177. I love it but, on close inspection this morning I noticed a small gap between the bezel and case on the section of the bezel between 10 and 11 o'clock. Should I be concerned, or do others see this too and its no big deal?

Definitely get it checked out by the shop. That gap is pretty noticeable.

Completely normal. That’s an access gap to aid in removal.

Isn’t that what the bevel in the bezel is for? Access? Why do they need a separate gap?

Mine also have the same gap around the same area, probably it's the gap to remove the bezel...

Is the gap shown in the photo present in a certain Panerai watch? My PAM728 does not have a bezel gap at all.

Bettarini style cases with separate bezels.
