Is there a new bronzo this year?

Just saw someone posted on FB - a new 47mm bronzo with ceramic bezel, is this real?

From what I heard, the new Bronzo won't be a limited edition.

I'm the opposite. Never liked the all metal bezel. Love my 389 and this new bronzo is likely to cost me...

I like the bezel. Rather than shiny ceramic it's a matt finish which is far more stealth/sporty IMO.

Shhhhhh... Are you out of your mind? Comparing Panerai Ceramic with plastic... haven't you seen what happened to the last guy that had the audacity to disrespect Carbotech? Don't worry, you are safe here! For the moment at least... all the posters are Carbotech-free-Subs owners. But we can't garentee your safety once the "others" will come! Stay safe!

Jokes aside, even though I love the brown dials and was waiting for this one, after contemplating the pictures posted by Cru, I think I would have liked it better without the ceramic bezel. I really like the ceramic on 1389 and 684 as it gives them a modern appearence, but would have prefered a plain bronze bezel on the Bronzo as it relates it more to the old bronze diving helmet.

That being said, I am really happy with my 684... I have been giving it a lot of wrist time since I had it

dont get me wrong, I am not trying to offend anyone. I am just asking a question. may be it's the lighting, the angle or picture quality, may be I would change my mind after seeing it in person.

Of course I am not taking it wrong. I absolutly respect your opinion. I am just adding a pinch of humour to a rather serious forum. Watches make us happy, let's not get too serious about it.

For me, aesthetically, it’s the best bronzo.

From the few pictures that I've seen, I really like it. I'm also digging the move to a ceramic bezel. I'll need to see more live pics before making a final call but it looks good so far.

I received a call from my Panerai Boutique AD to get 1 of the 2 they will apparently get. Because its not a limited edition and, I already have the bronzo blue, I passed. I am also not too keen on the composite bezel. Maybe just me?

Bezel is not ceramic, apparently some sort of composite (probably plastic...)

Composite is more likely, the bezel color looks like the case of 339/375/504/505

Not interested because of the bezel too pop and the price is too much, for roughly the same price ballpark there's Bp FF with better movt (if you compare it to P900x)

That's interesting, the image my Boutique showed me showed quick change strap bars ala 389/1389 etc. So was that dropped or is this fake news? None of the SIHH live photos I've seen showed the case back, and for many this isn't important, but for me that was/is an important feature.

The image above looks real enough, so I'm preparing for disappointed. And many congrats to the new owner.

I feel like subs shouldn’t have clear backs. It will be interesting to see how this sub looks after the bronze patinas.
