Welcome to the forums and service costs vary by model, condition, work needed, etc. I would visit your local Rolex AD for a more detailed answer, but most start at $800.

Depending on the condition of your sub (patina, fade, etc..), I'd be careful with a factory service and possibly just try to find a watchmaker to either do a basic cleaning/service, or regulate it for you. Sometimes RSC gets overzealous and puts on all new service parts (dial, hands, etc..). Might or might not 'ruin' your watch (again, depending on its current condition).

My red sub is 1969 era. The outward parts are all perfect and vivid. It just gains time.
I dropped it off at a regional Rolex service/retailer. Just for an estimate on cost and down time. Left printed detailed instructions on the ticket for clean/adj, of movement only. No replacement of external parts. I will hear tues. Bork
