I would have to say grey. Though white is cool. (I just contradicted myself)

Grey hands down.

Am I the only one who just HATES the bold, black borders of the indices on the white dial? I think it's anything but handsome

Tough call but think I'd go with white. The grey is a bit too smokey for me and I prefer more solid colors...

You're not the only one. I still like the white...but yes I do HATE (maybe that's a little harsh, I definitely don't like) the black borders...makes it kind of explorer ii polar....ouch I went there.

White - the white against the shiny black hands and markers are clean and crisp, fresh and super legible. The white also lifts the mood I find.

Both.

Haha... I'm not helping aren't I.

Tough choice indeed.

But if I had to choose just one... Grey I reckon.

White looks great but if it were me (and it hopefully will be soon enough).
I would grab the grey.

Very nice watch with both dials which makes it a tough choice. I looked at this watch just this week and the white dial really pops. I like it a lot, but I must say that I would go with gray in this case which gives the watch more classic look.

I wonder how it would look like with blue dial ;-).

By the way great choice no matter which dial you chose. The white markers on the white dial are not like Exp II as few suggested - more like the edges on the white Milgauss that I own. Happened to have the Milgauss on when I tried on the 5726 in white. Btw the Patek pops even more than white Milgauss.

I have both....the grey is great on a strap but if you want a bracelet the white wins.
