It's 2007 time for a new watch

I plan to purchase a new watch in a couple months. I'm narrowing my choices down to the final details. So I'm looking for opinions from you. This is my second Rolex. I have a datejust I purchased in 1997. It's a great watch!

My next will be a daydate with an onyx dial. I'm almost sure I'll go with yellow gold, but I have yet to see a yellow and a rose gold next to each other.

First question. The new hidden clasp looks really nice how one side fits into the other. What do you think about the this new style? Is it more comfortable? What year was this introduced? Any downsides to it versus the traditional style?

Second question. I like the idea of the crown engraving. I think it is called a coronet? Did this start in 2005?

Third question. Which bracelet is more comfortable, the president or the oyster?

Thanks,
Rob
