I gotta be honest with you,it doesn't work for my eyes. The elongated subdials just throw the whole thing off for me. Almost gives an illusion that the case itself is oblong. Not sure I dig the narrow bezel either. I do love that it both has a date window AND kept the three sundials, but overall a pass for me.

Thanks. I’ve always been a bracelet (steel) guy but it seemed like the AT’s were made for straps. Now I enjoy wearing different straps. They’re light and don’t have too worry too much with scratches and dings.

That is a really, really nice watch! I love that dial and I’m not a chronograph fan. Wow!

I’ve been wearing this watch for close to two months. I keep looking at my other watches and I love them but I just want to wear my PO right now. Sorry for the few raindrops.....

Per Omega's Website:

OVAL INSPIRATION

It is clear to see that each Speedmaster 38 mm model includes horizontal oval subdials and a vertical oval date window at 6 o’clock. Inspiration for this design comes from the oval subdials that OMEGA used in the past on several of its De Ville timepieces.

I'm probably holding off for now...I found a speedy meteorite I'm trying to talk myself into.
