I have a V serial I just bought. Is there a way to tell easily if I have the antiglare on the cyclops. this is the 1st i have heard of this. mine was made late 2008 i guess, so sold in 2009. no box or papers. just got it 5 days ago.

what do others think a fair price is for a 2008 V serial, no box or papers but sold at a jeweler, had recently been fully serviced, 1 year warranty. watch looks perfect to me. hope we are allowed to discuss price, if not, i apologize.

I’m thinking about doing the same thing. Sold my two-liner 14060m for a 114060. Now I think I would prefer a 16610 with lug holes and solid end links. Six digit subs feel like a luxury item. Five digit subs feel like a watch.

Having owned a 14060M, 116610, and now a 16610 Luminova, I prefer the 16610. It seems like the best mix of vintage and modern submariners with it's classic-sized case, useful date feature, and glowing lume plots and hands. I like aged tritium, but it's not useful in the dark. ;)

I like the 16610 better than the 116610. I don’t like the large case size on my wrist, looks odd.

Stumbled upon this thread and had to educate myself via YouTube on the differences between the 16610 and 116610. I have a very skinny wrist and the 116610 actually looks great wrapped around my wrist. I can only imagine how the less beefy 16610 would be even more complementary.

My wrist is 7.5 and I think it looks great.

would you considering adding the 97200 Glidelock clasp to 16610? or do you prefer the stamped clasp?

Love a 5 digit . It wears perfect, I have read the 16610 is the last of the great pre ceramics. What do you think?
