The right stuff

Over the last few months I've been doing a slight adjustment to my collection with the idea of looking for a few pieces with historical significance.

While I've had a few Speedmasters in the past, for one reason or another they've moved on to new homes. As I re-thought my collection I realized any collection of watches with significant impact in the sports/professional community should include such an iconic piece.

I went for the standard hesalite moon watch to represent the Speedmaster professional side of the house as, for me, this is the reference that represents all that is legendary about Omega's Speedmaster series.
It sure helped that my AD was so accomodating.

Sooo,....a few quick shots of the newest member of my little group.

Beautiful, Mike. Gotta show these to my brother in law as he's a fan of the moon program and the Speedmaster.

Nice! I'm headed to Vegas in December and may just pick one of those bad boys up. It will be my next piece anyway...
