Noisy Cartier Santos owners

Hi everyone
Just a quick question that has been on my mind over the last couple of days. I have the Cartier Santos 2017 model just before they released the updated version in 2018. I noticed when I put on the watch the other day that when I shake the watch I can hear the rotor go round in fact every time I shake it and hold it close to my ear otherwise it's quiet which I find strange. I checked out an independent watch store which claim that it's fine however I never got this issue with my Rolex. Can anybody confirm that this is normal with Cartier or do I need to take it in. The watch keeps perfect timing and doesn't lose charge. Thanks in advance
