Does this 41mm 26331st look fine on my wrist?

I want to get the AP ROC with panda dial, either the 26331 or 26315.

My wrist is considered small at 6.3 inch so I thought the 26331 would be too big, but surprisingly it was not too bad when I tried it. I tried 26315 too but look fine as well on my wrist but it looks a bit like a lady watch given its size.

I am leaning toward the 26331 but I read various article saying that 41mm is too big for a 6.3 inch wrist. Here is the picture - can anyone let me know if the 26331 looks fine on my wrist or is it too big for me?

many thanks

I'd pay attention only to one person when it comes to watch sizes and how they look on the wrist. That person is you.

However, if you want opinions, I think the 26315 would look much, much better on you. If you go by the book, the 26331 is too big. That said, I would never say "it won't work" because that's for you to decide. Just be sure you're wearing the watch, and not it wearing you.

Think it should look fine once the links are adjusted. Looks like it’s off center anyways right now.

Also, think flatness of the wrist is key for RO with the lugs overhanging than just circumference.

It's big but not overly so for an AP, and the main thing is you think it doesn't look too big.

Firstly, I own the 26331 panda.

I have a 6.3-6.5” and my thoughts are similar with yours.

True enough, the 41mm is a little big, but it still looks fine to me, I think it’s got to do with the overall arm and body compatibility as I’m of a gym goer

And the 38mm which logically should look better on my wrist, somehow looks too small and like what you said, ladies watch, yet it looks great on some of the 6.3 guys’ pics that I saw here

I think for yours it looks alright

My 2 cents

I think it looks prettty good on you. I have 6.5" wrist, I prefer 41mm more than 37mm or 38mm, so I bought 15500OR with bracelet and I love it.

I think it depends on how you wear the watch on your wrist also. If you wear it inside the wrist bone, it will look a bit too big, but if you wear on the wrist or outside the wrist bone, it will fit better.

I like 26331 more than 26315 because of the bracelet. It seems like 26315 has a narrow bracelet, so it doesn't look as good as the wider bracelet of 26331.

Can’t say based on that picture tbh. Watch is off center and a better picture would help.

I think it looks fine....just have it sized properly and lined up on your wrist correct. But if you like it, who cares what anyone else thinks.

Thanks, i know what you mean. The problem is that I think both look fine on my wrist, and that's why i am asking for others' thought

Yeah my vote would be that 41 mm is too big for your wrist. Also, the idea of wearing watches way down on the back of your hand rather than your wrist is baffling to me. You should be able to bend your wrist freely without any obstruction, without the watch digging into your hand.

I completely agree that an AP should have some boldness on the wrist and I think that a 38 or 39 will be great on you.

i waited for the 38mm panda for 6 months and was probably one of the first to get the call last September
when i tried it on i was shocked that it didn't look or feel right on my 6.5 inch wrist i ended up getting the 41 mm ROC panda a couple of months later and im very happy with it

I think it’ll wear fine once you’ve got it sized

It looks fine if anything on the smaller side.

I feel it looks fine. The only persons opinion who should matter is still your own.

No one will actually walk up to you over the street and say your watch is too big for you.

I’ve a 6.5” wrist. Boutique staff agreed it looked too big on my wrist. 38mm panda fits me perfectly. 39mm RO is even better, if I can land one.

Ultimately it depends how you’re going to wear it and your comfort. I prefer my watches stay inside/under my cuffs when wearing a shirt which is every weekday, that wouldn’t be possible with the 41mm.

Completely agree. Has to be personal preference.

But I see far more people with watches clearly too large for their wrists, than those wearing size too small.

"I prefer my watches stay inside/under my cuffs when wearing a shirt" thanks for reminding me about this point, that makes so much sense. I need to try the watch with me wearing dress shirt as I work in office.

Totally fine. That doesn't scream huge to me, its just a contemporary sized sport watch.

Doesn't look too big on you. Might look better on rubber strap.

I tailor all my dress shirts to have the left cuff slightly wider so my watches fit underneath.

A good tailored shirt is what every man needs

If you get it new from the AD, then go for it. If not, me personally I would go for the 39mm 26300 Chrono (panda dials available). I think it would perfectly fit your wrist for less money!
