I have one waiting for me also. Problem is that I live in Europe and not expect to visit Asia very soon...

It is a pity that OP does not work like one worldwide-network. Otherwise I could pay the watch and pick it up in a European boutique.

How come Singapore hasnt got a Panerai boutique? With the amount of people interested in watches and since Panerai is based in Singapore for SE-Asia seems odd they dont open one.

Quite true. Probably with two casinos now opened in Singapore it would entice Panerai to open a boutique in Singapore as big spenders are going there to spend and shop.

Panerai did have a local Sincere boutique edition.

Here you go, sorry for the poor quality. Tried it on at the boutique, I did like it but passed as I'm hoping to get my hands on the 420...

Great pics!

I saw the comparison at Paneristi too. I really hope OP consider this as a once-in-a-while-thing. It is nice but not if there pops up one every year.

hey guys! I have been a long time lurker on this forum. I am also in Shanghai, it is a shame I didn't see this post earlier. Just a quick update, Jessica from the plaza 66 boutique called me and told me to go pay the deposit for the 420 (I have my name on the list for 2). I asked if paying the deposit would mean I would definitely be getting the watch and she said yes! However, as the guys from Shanghai know, nothing is for certain here in China. Especially empty promises from sales people, anyway I will go tomorrow to pay for the deposit. Will update with any new information I am given.

Andrew, yes I am Louie's friend. He did mention to me about you before. He was supposed to give me your contact also. I suppose you are in Puxi?

I've had my name on the 420 also. Am pretty sure it will sell out in no time. Kekekeke.

Regards, Lee

I believe every Boutique in the world will get their own 412-edition. Paris will get the Eiffeltower, Geneva will get the "Geneva Jet d' eau". etc.

Yes I am in Puxi! Is your name on the list at the Pudong IFC boutique? The sales lady from plaza 66 asked me to go pay full deposit. I am then guaranteed a 420

Andrew, the Pudong IFC boutique does not take any deposit. I don't think this is their practice. There is still some wait before the 410, 420 arrives

^^

Very interesting news indeed.

Thx for sharing.

(personally I would LOVE! to get my hands on the Firenze edition, but I could also settle with Tokyo or New York... )

Cheers,
Joe

The one at IFC did not ask for a deposit but the sales lady sounds like she can get one for me. In fact, 3 other friends together with me have ordered 420. With the huge interest in the watch, it sounds like a bit of competition there for the limited 150 pieces. Good luck to us all.

420: I thought some were present at an Asian boutique. In Europe I can not even see a picture of the caseback... I even doubted if there were really going to be EU editions.

366: I know there are some pictures allready. But I like to see some new LOL. Maybe with another strap etc. It's hard to wait for mine
