Rolex Datejust Certificate information

Anyone know why the Datejust has different certificate cards? On some of cards only the model and serialno is typed while some cards has model, serial + bracelet and dial typed.

There are so many combo of DJ out there I think they are just trying to be a bit more specific.

Details also appear to vary between countries.
