advice on getting a BLNR
Get on the Rolex website, go through the list of UK AD’s and give them a call. Even if you can’t travel then postage isn’t an issue.
The worst they can say is no, laugh at you or say it’s xx years. As someone said above they will possibly become more available now they have not been discontinued. Some shops might put them in the window, might be lucky in a not so well known AD. Apart from the usual Goldsmiths, I’ve gone down the list and most of the stores, I’ve never heard of. However if it’s an AD then it’s good enough for me. You might get lucky and the worst they can say is no. Maybe explain it’s your first, you want to keep it, you have no issues if they have to take stickers off, you have no issues if they keep the warranty card for 6 months. It’s yours to keep. AD’s although they’d love a sale, they don’t want to sell to flippers and those out to just make a profit. Good luck, it is a beautiful watch .

A small observation, grey BLNR used or new stock is a little thin compared to a couple of weeks ago

Gave a deposit last October. Was 6 on the list. Picked it up January. One guy dropped out. Think I got it just in time.

Very interesting. I’ll go look for one. My sister in London told me she didn’t see the black dial Milgauss GV in a new ‘Rolex catalogue’ she received from the AD. I will ask her for screenshots, as well as to check if there is a BLNR in it.
