118135 strap exchange

Strap on 118135 is too short, will RSC charge for exchanging of strap? Watch is brand new, bought only few hours ago...

depends on the country....some RSCs will collect the strap back and charge $500 for a new one. ask your dealer

Didn't you realize it when you bought it. I try to address that issue before I leave the AD. I've actually walked away from a deal when they are unwilling to get me a longer strap or an additional link for my large wrist.

Hi guys, thanks for your input. Wasn’t aware of the strap length as the strap was wrap with all the protective plastic. Didn’t tried buckle on...anyway, went to RSC they don’t hv stocks now but agreed to swap to a longer length. Meanwhile they are ok for me to wear it till the stocks are in.

Received a call from RSC today informing me that factory stop producing the matching tobacco strap on 118135 and hence offering me a ‘light brown’ strap for exchange. Just wondering if that is possible at all. I mean, 118135 is still a production model and there are 8 other configuration that comes with tobacco strap (as per Rolex website). Do you guys think is possible that Rolex make changes to the configuration and not update their website?
