Another reason why Omega is great
They are focused on what the customers want.
I often wear my Speedmaster on a Bulang & Sons cordovan strap. I was at the boutique at the Short Hills Mall a few weeks ago, and asked about buying an Omega buckle (the one from B&S is nice, but I thought it would be cool to have an Omega one). No problem, they said! Only $45. I love Rolex, but they would never make something like this so easy. Before and after pics... |

I have consistently found Omega AD/OB customer service to be top notch.
The OEM buckle looks great with that strap, nice choice! |

Is there a SS 20mm tang buckle available? I haven't gone strap yet but I prefer non-tapered ones.

I had no idea that could be done. That's awesome. And as another had said, I find Omega CS to be top notch.

I used the Omega tang buckle on the NATO strap supplied in the Omega moonwatch to replace the Hirsch buckle. No problem and replacement was easily done. On my vintage Omega watches, I merely go to the Omega Service Center and they have both the leather strap and buckle readily available for purchase by customers. Yes Omega does make it easy for its customers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Awesome! I always prefer OEM buckles if I'm using an aftermarket strap. And $45 is a bargain.

Well worth it.
There are also a fair amount of after market straps that are made for the oem clasp. Like the one in my picture.
